Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled by 4 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Late cancellations or failure to show will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay, charged to your credit card. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Guests with multiple day stays who depart early from a confirmed reservation will be charged a $50 early departure fee. Early departures must depart by 11 AM to avoid being charged a full days rate.
Deposit Policy:
All reservations booked directly through the hotel's website or by phone require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. All reservations will require a non-refundable deposit of the first night's room and tax taken 48 hours prior to arrival time. All rooms will be paid in full at time of check-in.
House Rules:
Check-in time is 4 pm or after. -- Check-out time before 11 am.
If you arrive early and your room is not ready, we are happy to store your luggage prior to check-in and after check out so that you can enjoy your time in La Conner.
Late check-out is based on availability; and $50+ tax fee applies.
Housekeeping services for stay over reservations are by request only between 11 am and 2 pm daily.
Children:
We welcome well-behaved children over the age of 6. Children between 6 and 15 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult.
Additional Person at cost of $20 USD per night plus tax may apply for those 16 years and older if room occupancy threshold is met.
Pet (Dog) Policy:
We have a select number of dog friendly rooms available at the La Conner Inn. All dog rooms must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking. A fee of $35 per pet (2 dog limit), per reservation, plus tax, will be added to your reservation. Pets, other than dogs will require approval by management.
